With unemployment standing at about 24%, South Africans are moving towards opening small businesses to create employment. However, according to statistics, 80% of small businesses fail within the first five years of their operation. One of the reasons cited is the inability for business owners to market their services and products, or worse, don’t see the value of marketing.
