“I joined the Raizcorp business growth programme because I didn’t know how to run a business properly and lacked the knowledge of knowing how to manage my money, pay bills, submit tax forms, and invest etc. I am now able to read my financial statements, understand my books, and evaluate whether I am going in the wrong direction or the right one. By learning all of this, I’ve been able to reduce some the costs of running my business.’’ Mpho Tshukudu

Mosa Dikobo is the owner of Citrus Green Solutions and his entrepreneurial story began at the end of November 2012 when he decided to leave his job in Logistics Management and revitalise his grandfather’s cleaning business which he ran from home until he passed away. He had to build the infrastructure from scratch, appoint staff and rebrand the business completely. The Raizcorp guides helped Mosa understand that he had to take care of himself in order to succeed in his business.

“When we started our second-hand car sales company, our main focus was on making a sale but then later, we started to worry about the next one as we went along. However, we soon realised that there wasn’t any sustainability in our business, and we were operating without a plan. This led us to apply for the Raizcorp programme. We were allocated a team of five guides including a Finance Guide, who worked closely with us on our business.’’ Musa Sambo, owner of My Brand Group.
