Do you or your staff have any of the following electrical qualifications?
- National Certificate in Electrical Engineering NQF4
- Trade test (Red Seal)
- Other relevant qualifications that demonstrate competence in single- or three-phase electrical work
- 5 years of traceable experience in electrical installation

Yes. Depending on the programme, the following criteria also apply:
- Be a South African citizen and have a 51% or more black-owned electrical business
- Be based in one of the Thungela mining communities in the eMalahleni, Steve Tshwete or Govan Mbeki local municipalities
- Have one or more of the above-mentioned qualifications
