Do you own a PSiRA accredited and compliant private security business and want to grow it into a thriving, profitable venture? We are inviting eligible entrepreneurs to apply for a fully sponsored 12-month entrepreneurial learning programme sponsored by PSiRA and powered by Raizcorp.
This intensive, high-impact programme is designed to help you become a stronger, more strategic entrepreneur while giving you the skills you need to build a profitable, sustainable business.
What you will get
If accepted into the programme, you will receive:
- Online entrepreneurial learning focusing on personal development, business strategy, finance, sales and marketing.
- Two intensive (online) workshops on developing your business case.
- One-on-one mentorship from a Raizcorp business expert.( nationally online)
- Access to bookkeeping support and accounting software to help you manage your finances effectively
Who can apply?
To be eligible, you must
- Own a PSIRA-accredited and compliant Private Security Business that is at least 51% black-owned
- Be a South African citizen aged 18 or older
- Have access to a cell phone, computer, and email
- One director per company will be eligible for the training
- PSiRA Registration & Compliance: The business must be registered with PSiRA and in good standing.
- Business Size: Must employ between 0 and 20 employees (micro to small enterprise classification).
- Business Age: The company must be operational for no more than 2 years to focus on early-stage businesses.
- Ownership & Citizenship: The business must be 100% South African-owned, and the applicant must be a South African citizen.
- Screening & Participation: Must fully participate in the screening assessment and any other selection processes required.
