What are we looking for?
The Strategy Guide is a vital contributor to the team of Guides who work with entrepreneurs on various developmental programmes within Raizcorp. A Strategy Guide, as the title suggests, is intrinsically focused on the overall strategic direction of the entrepreneur’s business and guides the entrepreneur to bring all the business’ elements together as one, cohesive whole. The Strategy Guide possesses a strong background in business strategy across multiple industries, and has the innate ability to see the larger picture as well as firmly grasp the minutiae. The Strategy Guide asks questions to help the entrepreneur understand the right strategy and tactics for their specific business context and helps the entrepreneur unlock their true strategic potential in order to lead their business optimally.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Commerce related degree required.
- Masters level degree / MBA an advantage.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in business (a blend of both corporate and own business exposure preferred).
- Strong understanding of business strategy and business finance.
- Entrepreneurial journey and experience non-negotiable.
- Excellent written and spoken communication ability.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to positively impact turnover, profitability and personal development of an entrepreneur.
- Strong business acumen.
- Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
- Own vehicle with valid driver’s licence non-negotiable.
