Senior compliance and scheduling administrator
What are we looking for?
Raizcorp is looking for a highly diligent administrator with strong experience in compliance monitoring and learning scheduling. The role works very closely with around 500 entrepreneurs on learning and coaching development programmes. It includes scheduling all their learning and coaching sessions, keeping them up to date with all programme requirements, collating compliance information, monitoring compliance requirements, escalating issues to management, etc.
The scheduling component of this role is intensive; you will need to be an individual with high attention to detail and the ability to work fast and accurately. Mistakes in our systems are tricky to correct so this is critical. This is a great role for a procedure-driven, technical personality who has a love for working with people.
What does this role do?
You will work closely with the branch managers of our two flagship branches based in Sandton. You will be responsible for various administrative duties, all concerning the development of entrepreneurs through various corporate-sponsored programmes. As mentioned, the focus will be mainly on scheduling, compliance and all other technical administration aspects of our programmes. We use a learner management system for most of our programmes that helps us track, monitor and report on entrepreneur compliance.
What experience is preferred?
You must have strong experience in technical, detail-driven administration. You need proven references that can speak to the quality and accuracy of your work. You really do need to be able to work within the learning delivery space and deal with a great deal of change and many moving parts within our organisation. Strong systems experience and a solid understanding of systems and systems support will form a part of your daily role (For example, helping entrepreneurs manage their programmes, such as calendars and assignments, on our learner management system).
What kind of personality will excel in this role?
People who love speed and a high volume of work will love working for us. We work with a mission – to passionately grow and develop entrepreneurs and their businesses. We view ourselves as being in service to entrepreneurs and being in service comes with a great responsibility to be friendly, meticulous and always make sure entrepreneurs are honoured.
