We are a very dynamic, innovative organisation rendering training and developmental services to large corporates. We are seeking your background and experience in operational management and ensuring functional delivery to join our exciting team as a project delivery manager.
What does a project manager do?
A project manager ensures that the business delivers on its promises to our customers. He or she ensures that all internal stakeholders are rolling out the work for numerous projects on time, within the prescribed parameters and to the required level of quality. What kind of person makes a good project manager?
You need to be experienced in the operational delivery of organisational programmes and products. What kind of personality will excel in this role?
You need a genuine love of people and of empowering people. This role requires you to be operationally present, and able to get involved in the detailed operational running of the business. A strong eye for detail and strong ability to solution and fix errors in delivery is vital. You need to be an optimist with the proven ability to lead with fairness, accuracy and dedication.
