What are we looking for?
The Personal Development Guide is a vital contributor to the team of Guides who work with entrepreneurs on various developmental programmes within Raizcorp. A Personal Development Guide, as the title suggests, is intrinsically focused on the personal development and shift of the entrepreneur in relation to their business. Working with target-setting methodology, a Personal Development Guide helps the entrepreneur shift through setting personal development outcomes. The Personal Development Guide asks questions to help the entrepreneur understand how they are standing in the way of their own business success and helps them unlock their true potential to lead their business.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Psychology / Humanities is a minimum requirement.
- Life Coaching and related coaching/mentorship qualifications an advantage.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in business and sales (a blend of both corporate and own business exposure preferred).
- Must have a minimum of 250 coaching hours completed at time of engagement with Raizcorp.
- Entrepreneurial journey and experience are non-negotiable.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to positively impact turnover, profitability and the personal development of an entrepreneur.
- Strong business acumen.
- Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
- Own vehicle with valid driver’s licence is non-negotiable.
