Office Administrator and Entrepreneurial recruiter
What are we looking for?
Raizcorp is looking for a highly diligent administrator for our Kariega branch who has strong experience in compliance monitoring and learning scheduling. The role works very closely with entrepreneurs on learning and coaching development programmes and helps to find and interview new entrepreneurs, schedules all their learning and coaching sessions, keeps them up to date with all programme requirements, collates compliance information, monitors compliance requirements, escalates issues to management, runs reception, completes general administrative duties and so on.
The scheduling component of this role is intensive, and you need to be an individual with high attention to detail and the ability to work fast and accurately. Mistakes in our systems are tricky to correct so this is critical. This is a great role for a procedure-driven, technical personality with a love for working with people.
What does this role do?
You will work closely with the branch manager in Kariega. Your role will consist of various administrative tasks, reception and all activities concerning the development of entrepreneurs through various corporate-sponsored programmes. As mentioned, the role will focus on scheduling, compliance and the technical administration of our programmes. We use a learner management system for most of our programmes to help us track, monitor and report on entrepreneur compliance.
What experience is preferred?
You must have strong experience in technical, detail-driven administration. You need proven references that can speak to the quality and accuracy of your work. You really do need to be able to work within the learning delivery space and cope with a great deal of change and many moving parts within our organisation. Strong systems experience and a solid understanding of systems and systems support will form a part of your daily role (for example, helping entrepreneurs manage their programmes, such as their calendars and assignments, on our system).
What kind of personality will excel in this role?
People who love speed and a high volume of work will love working for us. We work with a mission – to passionately grow and develop entrepreneurs and their businesses. We view ourselves as being in service of entrepreneurs and this comes with great responsibility to be friendly, meticulous and always making sure the entrepreneurs are honoured.
