
Key Accounts Manager
What are we looking for?
Raizcorp is looking for a highly experienced, professional and intelligent key accounts manager to service a variety of corporate clients in relation to our offerings. This role is ideal for any serious key accounts or relationship manager who is looking to create great impact with their products and solutions while simultaneously building their own intrapreneurial business within our sales team.
As we walk a longer journey with our clients, relationship selling and the ability to forge strong business relationships is vital. Our service offering sees corporates achieve stronger B-BBEE scores and helps them implement better strategies. You do not have to be experienced in the B-BBEE scorecard as we will provide intensive training. However, you do need to be able to learn, grow and develop in this new field.
The salary consists of a strong basic and commission on all sales (including a renewal or annuity commission when existing clients recontract with us). You will also be provided with detailed industry training and development, a laptop computer and fuel reimbursement.
We’re only looking for serious and professional salespeople.
What does this role do?
In this role, you will partner with our corporate clients and continually maintain a positive and effective relationship. You will be very invested as the primary link between the sale being concluded and Raizcorp delivering services to new clients. You will be dealing with heads of transformation, heads of human resources, CEOs, financial directors and the like which means experience in dealing with C-suite executives is critical.
What experience is preferred?
You must have your own transport and a valid driver’s licence. You must be experienced in a key accounts role within specifically service-related industries. You must also be experienced in keeping client relationships thriving over the long term.

Minimum requirements
- A degree or diploma in sales or commerce
- Minimum of five years’ experience in key accounts management
- You must currently be in a key accounts role dealing with corporate clients
- Proven ability to cold call, target and drive new business
- Proven ability to consistently hit targets
- Proven ability in dealing with a longer, corporate sales cycle
- Strong ability to network and drive strong business relationships
- Ability to learn a lot in a short time
